Our team is honored to be in the top 1% of mortgage lenders in the country (based on loan volume and closing volume), and we have served hundreds of clients in the past few years alone to purchase or refinance their homes.
We have partnered with Academy Mortgage because we believe that they offer the best platform in our industry for serving our customers. Academy Mortgage is now the nation’s largest privately-owned Mortgage Bank, with over $3.5 billion in closed loans in 2010. This give us serious clout in the industry, and some of the most aggressive rates and fees available as a result. However, our company is still small enough to retain that “local bank” feel, and we pride ourselves on the personal touch we bring to every loan we close. Our local office handles every transaction from start to finish with in-house processors, underwriters and closers, and we direct-fund all of our loans, meaning that clients never have to wait for funds to close to arrive from a third-party source.
