I hired Tim as my mortgage lender in 2009 when I bought my house. He had everything set to go so that I only had to fill out the paperwork once, and he did all the work from there. He made the process hassle free, and gave me realistic expectations of how a mortgage works. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as it was my first mortgage. I had a lot of questions, and he was very helpful and answered them all.
